Bolo (“Bolo”, “we”, “us”) is a voice-first, engine-verified learning app operated by Rajkumar (sole proprietor), Hisar, Haryana, India. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Bolo is for learners 18 years and older. By using Bolo you confirm you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

Bolo helps you practise spoken English and school STEM & maths. Gradeable answers — pronunciation scores, exam bands, and the interactive labs — are checked by deterministic engines. An AI tutor provides encouragement and Socratic hints only; it does not decide your scores. Bolo is a learning aid and does not guarantee any specific exam result, grade, or outcome.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at boloaimvptutorindia@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You can export or permanently delete your account and data anytime from the Memory page.

Bolo is free to use with daily limits. Bolo+ unlocks unlimited AI turns and exam scoring. Current plans (India): ₹149 for a month (31 days), ₹999 for a year (366 days), and a ₹49 7-day Exam Sprint. Each purchase is a one-time payment that grants access for the stated period; it does not auto-renew — access simply ends when the period is over unless you buy again. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change for future purchases. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details.

Please don't misuse Bolo: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, no sharing of one account for commercial resale, and no unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Bolo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hisar, Haryana, India.
