Do I have to pay to use the labs?
No. All 16 interactive labs are free forever — optics, circuits, titration, the mole, projectiles, genetics, coordinate geometry and the rest — along with mastery tracking and spaced review. Bolo+ does not unlock lessons. It only lifts the daily caps on the AI tutor and on exam scoring, so the learning itself is never taken away.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Every Bolo+ plan is a single one-off payment, not a subscription. ₹49 buys 7 days, ₹149 buys 31 days and ₹999 buys 366 days, and when that period ends your access simply returns to the free tier. Bolo does not set up a recurring UPI mandate, so nothing can renew unless you choose to buy again.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
Payments run through Razorpay, so you can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallet. Your card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay's own checkout and are never seen or stored by Bolo — the app only receives a signed confirmation that a payment succeeded, which it verifies on the server before unlocking anything.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases set out in the refund policy: if you were charged more than once for the same order, if you were charged but access was never delivered, or if you were charged in error or for the wrong plan. Because Bolo+ is delivered instantly and digitally, refunds outside those cases are not automatic.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT for homework help?
In Bolo's labs the answer is computed by a deterministic engine — the lens formula, Ohm's law, the mole ratio — not generated by a language model. That means it cannot be confidently wrong, which is the failure mode general chatbots have with numerical work. The AI's job is only to explain what the engine already worked out.
What happens when a student gets stuck?
Bolo shows the method before it shows the answer. Ask for help and you first get every step of the working with the numbers left out — the formula and what to substitute — so you can finish it yourself.
